Popcorn is our go-to snack and we eat a lot of it. As a result, we also like to experiment with different flavours. With this much interest in popcorn, we had an idea to expand and be able to share our gourmet kettle corn with friends and other popcorn lovers.
We make kettle corn popcorn. Our kettle is 160 quarts and typically uses 8 cups of popcorn per batch. We use mushroom popcorn for its ability to hold up well when being flavoured, packaged, and taken on adventures.
Once popped, the popcorn is poured on to a sifting and cooling tray that removes unpopped and partially popped kernels.
From there, depending on the flavour, it is either salted or tossed with additional ingredients. Then, the popcorn is bagged and ready to eat.
Traditional kettle corn, what we make most, is a sweet and salty popcorn consisting of four ingredients - popcorn, sugar, oil, and salt.
Other flavours we make include: theatre popcorn, salted caramel, caramel apple, black truffle salt, dill pickle, white cheddar, and a variety of candied flavours such as strawberry watermelon.

We can almost always accommodate large orders of popcorn. If you have a special event, such as a birthday, wedding, or family reunion with a large number of guests, contact us and we can make a plan that works based on the current health guidelines.
